Right now, the press is making poor Britney out to be this horribly unfit mother, when in fact she's just going about her business, doing things that really could happen to anyone. Okay, well not the no-carseat thing - that was stupid. But this latest gaff... well, c'mon.
Christ... she was just WALKING.
If this were anyone else in the free world there would be no reaction whatsoever. Even if it were Catherine Zeta Jones (I don't know why her name just popped into my head), nobody would dare say she was unfit. But because it's Britney...
I blame K-Fed.

In photos splashed across the front page and inside the New York Post on Friday, the 24-year-old pop star is shown exiting The Ritz-Carlton hotel with Sean Preston in one hand and a glass in the other.
As her bodyguards walked Spears to her car, she stumbled -- her long pants apparently getting tangled in her open-toed shoes -- and bent low as Sean Preston's head flung backward, knocking off his orange hat.
Spears, though, was able to keep her balance and hold on to her son, with help from a bodyguard, who reacted quickly.

Poor Britney, I used to drop you all the time, back in the '70's it was like an epedemic, no one wanted to drop the drink, once it spills it's gone, babies heal fast.

Personally I cant feel sorry for her.. I think she is an idiot and someone should probably take that child away from her before she kills him... She needs to grow up and start acting like an adult.. ohhh and put her baby in a carseat.. geez.. as far as the tripping.. well like you said that could happen to anyone.. its just everything else.
I'm starting to feel bad for me, when are you going to update your blog, I check every day and it's still all about Britney, maybe this is how K-Fed feels.
