Sympatico Sucks

For those of you not in the know, I have not been able to receive any email on my Sympatico account since August 12th. Yes, the TWELVTH. That is EIGHTEEN DAYS. Well, 17 days on my main aabray account cuz they fixed that one yesterday. But only for current mail. Mail that has been sent the 17 days prior is still floating out there in cyberspace, likely lost forever. As for my other accounts - still no progress whatsoever. That said, I have been on the phone with those dolts at Sympatico everyday inquiring as to their progress. Some days I'm relatively calm. Other days I yell so much my lungs hurt. That brings me to today.. It is very hard to have a heated screaming battle with a studderer.
